This naturally processed Indonesian coffee has a heavy, syrupy body with very little acidity. Its deep aroma and creamy smooth winy flavor make Sumatra an outstanding coffee choice. Very enjoyable!We use only 100% fine Arabica beans that are hand-selected, sun-dried, and then roasted in small batches using the European method of slow roasting. The beans are then air-cooled and packaged while still warm in patented valve bags to ensure the ultimate in freshness.
